Terms of Service

• You must be at least 16 to use the Service.
• Tenant admins are responsible for the actions of their team members, including managing user invites and removals.
• Keep your sign-in credentials safe. We use Google Workspace SSO as the primary identity provider; secure your Google account accordingly. If your account is compromised, contact us immediately at elliott@etfriedman.com.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to store or transmit unlawful, infringing, or harassing content.
• Attempt to gain access to data belonging to other tenants, probe our infrastructure, or interfere with the Service's operation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the hosted Service.
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent.

You retain ownership of all data you put into Production OS, including project content stored in your own Google Drive via the Drive integration. We don't claim any ownership of your content. We need a limited license to host, transmit, and process it solely to provide the Service to you — that's it.

We work to keep the Service running but don't guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance will be communicated to active tenants when feasible. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty.

Pricing is set per tenant plan and may be updated with notice. Billing, when active, is processed by Stripe. You'll be charged based on your plan and seat count. Disputes about charges should be raised within 30 days of the relevant invoice.

• You can cancel your tenant at any time. We'll delete tenant data within 30 days of cancellation per our Privacy Policy.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these terms. We'll give reasonable notice unless doing so would compromise security.

To the extent permitted by law, Production OS and its operators are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you've paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated to active tenants by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
