Your Drive, your folders
Production OS provisions /Production OS/Clients/<client>/<project>/ in your own Google Drive. We use the narrowest possible scope (drive.file) — only files we create or you pick. Nothing else.
Per-tenant SSO
Each tenant brings their own Google Cloud OAuth client. Sign-ins, Drive grants, and Gmail/Calendar permissions live in your Workspace — never proxied through ours.
How it stays private
Production OS is multi-tenant by design — your data is isolated from every other agency on the platform at the database query level. Application code attaches your tenantId to every read and write.
Each tenant runs Google sign-in against their own Google Cloud OAuth client. Drive permissions you grant flow to your Workspace, not ours. We use the narrow drive.file scope — we can only see files Production OS created or files you explicitly hand us. Full details in the Privacy Policy.

The demo workspace has two fictional clients, six projects across the pipeline, sample reviews and assets. Read-only — any tenant team can break things in their own workspace, but the demo stays tidy for the next visitor.
